Use subject forms before finite verbs and object forms after verbs and prepositions. Coordination does not change the required case.
Use I, he, she, we and they as subjects; use me, him, her, us and them as objects. If a name is joined with and, temporarily remove the name to check the pronoun. After a preposition, use the object form; myself is not a more polite substitute for me.
