Retain the WH expression in a reported information question, but change the following structure to statement order and adjust reference as needed.
Keep the original WH word, then use statement word order in the embedded question. Adjust tense and reference according to context. Do not add if when a WH word already introduces the missing information.

WH പദം നിലനിർത്തി അതിന് ശേഷം subject, verb ക്രമത്തിൽ റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്യണം.
ആദ്യ WH പദം നിലനിർത്തുക; തുടർന്ന് subject, verb ക്രമം വേണം. സമയവും pronoun-ഉം context അനുസരിച്ച് മാറ്റുക. WH ഉള്ളപ്പോൾ വീണ്ടും if ചേർക്കേണ്ടതില്ല.
