Make, let and causative have normally take object + bare infinitive. Get takes object + to-infinitive; help allows either pattern.
Make/let/have + person takes a bare infinitive in the usual active causative pattern. Get + person takes to + base verb. Help commonly allows either; passive make normally restores to, as in was made to wait.
