An embedded question uses statement order, not direct-question inversion. Use if or whether for an embedded yes-no question.
After an introductory question such as could you tell me, the embedded part uses subject + verb order. Use if/whether for a yes-no meaning. The whole sentence may still end with a question mark because the outer clause is a question.

Could you tell me-യ്ക്ക് ശേഷമുള്ള ഉൾചോദ്യത്തിൽ statement ക്രമം വേണം. Where is she എന്നത് where she is ആകുന്നു. പുറംവാക്യം ചോദ്യം ആണെങ്കിൽ അവസാനത്തിൽ question mark ഉണ്ടാകും.
