Normal statement order is subject-verb-object. Put manner, place and time expressions where they preserve the intended meaning and focus.
Build a statement around subject + verb, then add the object and useful details. Do not normally put a manner adverb between a verb and its direct object. With separable phrasal verbs, a pronoun object belongs between the verb and particle: turn it off.
